How do you ship packages?

Riseicon has our main warehouses in London (UK).

Riseicon also has additional fulfilment warehouses in Hong Kong and China.

  • FREE shipping are available on most of our products, cost of shipping will be clearly indicated on the checkout pages. You can alsp choose a variety of paid and expediated shipping at checkout. We dispatch goods in the most efficient and cost effective method and location. All in the effort to offer high quality products at affordable prices.
  • Products shipped from UK will be sent via Royal Mail, UPS or FedEx.
  • Products from our fulfilment warehouses in Hong Kong or China will be shipped by ePacket, DHL or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.

However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries please contact us.

What about customs?

Riseicon is not responsible for any custom fees once the items have arrived in your country.

You, the buyer is directly responsible for Duties and Taxes in your local country.

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages shipped to you may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

 Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
