Q: What types of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover, and PayPal.

Q: Do you have store locations or only an eCommerce store?

A: We focus on growing our community and online stores, however we also have strong partnerships with high street shops and our own pop-up stores.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship almost all around the world.

Q: Do we have to sign for the shipment?

A: Most of our shipments and deliveries will be sent out via Tracking service there for in most cases you will need to sign for the shipment.

Q: Where do you ship the products from?

A: We ship from our warehouse in UK and Hong Kong or sometimes from our overseas locations including USA and China. 

Q: How long until my product is shipped?

A: Most of our products dispatch within 2-3 business days.

Q: What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?

A: - For our best sellers shipped within the Unitied Kingdom and Germany ETA usually takes 2-10 business days from shipping date. Also for products marked as "Ship from  UK" on product page.

For any other items shipped within the UK or from our international warehouses delivery will take 2-3 weeks from shipping date.

For outside US address the parcel may take up to 4-5 weeks before it is delivered depending on customs clearance. Rest assured we will be sending you your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

Q: How do I use my discount code?

A: You can enter the discount code during the checkout process. Just go to your Cart (top right corner) and proceed to Checkout. Right below the cart items will be a Discount box, just enter your coupon code then click Apply. *We cannot apply the discount once an order is already submitted.The discount code should be placed before check out. You can still use the promo code on your next order. *Discount codes are also only valid one time use per customer.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: We do not offer special gift wrapping for our products

Q: How do I return and replace my item?

A: Please check our Returns Policy

Q: Where is my Order Confirmation?

A: The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours upon checkout. Please try to check you spam or trash folder as it may end up there as well. If you like us to resend the confirmation email, please request it from support@riseicon.com.

Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

A: Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at support@riseicon.com within 24 hours. Please check our Order cancellation Policy for more information.
